Changing a Teammate’s Role

Only an Organization Admin can change roles.

  1. Go to Settings > Organization Settings > Team Members.

  2. Find the user and open the action menu (…).

  3. Click Change Role and pick the new role.

The change takes effect on the user’s next page load. They may need to refresh.
