Email Templates
Email templates standardize the messages Loyva sends on your behalf: signature requests, reminders, completion notices, and proposal deliveries.
Where templates are used
Signature requests: the initial email signers receive.
Reminders: manual or scheduled nudges to outstanding signers.
Completion emails: sent to CC recipients with the signed PDF.
Proposal delivery: when you send a proposal for review.
Create or edit a template
Open Templates β Emails.
Pick the template type or click New Template.
Edit the Subject and Body. Use variables like {{Client Name}}, {{Document Name}}, {{Sender Name}}.
Save. New emails immediately use the updated template.
Variable replacement
Variables are replaced at send time using the envelope's context. If a variable can't be resolved (e.g. {{Client Name}} on an envelope with no client), it's removed cleanly, no {{...}} leaks through.
Per-send overrides
On Step 4 of the document wizard you can edit the subject and body for that envelope only. Overrides don't change the saved template.
