In-Person "Sign Now" Flow

Sign Now lets a signer complete a document on your device, in person - perfect for finalizing a deal at the kitchen table or in the office without waiting for email round-trips.

Start an in-person signing session

  1. Open the document or template.

  2. Click Sign Now (instead of Send for Signature).

  3. Confirm the signer's name and email. Loyva pre-fills these from the client record.

  4. Hand the device to the signer.

What the signer does

  1. Accepts the eSign consent (just like a remote signer).

  2. Fills in any required fields.

  3. Draws or types their signature.

  4. Submits.

What happens next

  1. A completion email and the signed PDF go to the signer and any CC recipients.

  2. The document is filed against the client and the audit trail records that it was signed in person.

  3. If the document is set up for vaulting, the Authoritative Copy is generated.

Multi-signer in person

You can mix Sign Now with remote signers. The in-person signer completes on your device, and the remaining signers are emailed their links automatically.

Note: Sign Now still routes through the eSign consent step. UETA/E-SIGN consent is mandatory even when signing in person.
