Joining a new organization

New organizations are added to your account by invitation. An admin in that org sends an invite to your email; once you accept it, the org appears in your switcher dropdown the next time you sign in or refresh.

1. You receive an invitation email from Loyva.

2. Click Accept Invitation. If you’re already a Loyva user, the new org is linked to your existing account. No new password needed.

3. Sign in (or refresh if you’re already in). The new org now appears in the sidebar switcher.

Leaving an organization

You can’t remove yourself from an org. It’s done by an Organization Admin from Settings > Organization Settings > Team Members. Ask the admin to remove your user, and the org will disappear from your switcher the next time you sign in.
