Open the report

Go to Reports → Audit. Filter by date range, user, action type, or document.

What gets logged

• Document sent, viewed, signed, completed.

• Vault-in, vault-out, vault view, vault download, vault print.

• PIN entry attempts (success and failure).

• Recall, void, and reminder events.

• Team member invites, role changes, and deactivations.

Plain-English entries

Each row is a human-readable sentence: "Jane Doe downloaded the Authoritative Copy of Smith Service Agreement on June 18, 2026 at 2:14 PM"; not a raw JSON blob. You can hand it to a lawyer or an auditor without translation.

Click Export to download the filtered view as CSV or PDF for offline review or e-discovery production.

Note: Audit log entries are immutable. Even Admins cannot edit or delete them; that's what makes the log trustworthy.
