AI Auto-Detect Signature Fields

Loyva can read your document and automatically place signature, initial, and date fields where they belong, using Google's Gemini model. It's the fastest way to prepare a long contract for signing.

Run auto-detect

  1. Upload your document and open the field builder.

  2. Click AI Auto-detect Fields.

  3. Wait a few seconds while the document is analyzed.

  4. Loyva places candidate fields on the document and assigns them to signers when the role is unambiguous.

Review before sending

  1. Auto-detect is a strong first pass, not a final answer. Always review:

  2. Confirm every field is on the right page and aligned correctly.

  3. Verify each field is assigned to the correct signer.

  4. Add any fields that were missed (witness lines, optional initials, dates).

  5. Delete any duplicate or stray fields.

When it works best

  • Well-formatted PDFs with clear signature lines, "X _______", or "Signature:" labels.

  • Standard contract layouts.

When to place fields manually

  • Scanned or image-only PDFs without selectable text.

  • Forms with non-standard signing layouts.

  • Documents where signer roles aren't obvious from the text.
