Billing and Invoices

Loyva's billing combines recurring revenue from vaulted contracts with one-time charges into Stripe-powered invoices. Payments are processed through Stripe Connect, so funds go directly to your account (Loyva keeps a 1% platform fee).

How to use Billing

  1. Connect Stripe in Settings β†’ Integrations β†’ Stripe Connect using your Standard Secret Key (not a Restricted Key).

  2. Go to Billing to see all invoices, agreements, and contract-driven RMR in one place.

  3. Click + New Invoice, choose a client, add line items (or pull them from a vaulted contract), and Send. The client receives a hosted Stripe payment page.

  4. Track status in the Invoices table β€” Draft, Sent, Paid, Overdue, Void β€” updated in real time by Stripe webhooks.

  5. Use Send Reminder for overdue invoices or Void to cancel. Optional QuickBooks Sync pushes paid invoices to QBO automatically.
