Pricing Library

The Pricing Library is your central catalog of products and services. Items added here are reusable across every proposal β€” keeping pricing consistent and proposal-building fast.Steps

  1. Open Pricing Library from the sidebar (admin role required).

  2. Click Add Item and enter:

    • Name and optional description

    • Price (one-time or recurring)

    • Billing frequency (monthly, annual, one-time) for RMR tracking

    • Category or tags for filtering

  3. Save. The item is now available in the proposal builder.

  4. To bulk-load your catalog, click Import and upload a CSV (a template is available on the import screen).

  5. Edit or archive items anytime β€” historical proposals keep the price they were sent with.

FAQ

Q: Will editing an item change proposals I already sent?
A: No. Sent proposals lock in their line-item prices. Edits only affect new proposals.

Q: How do recurring items affect reports?
A: Recurring items flow into the RMR / ARR report once their parent contract is vaulted.

Q: Can Sales users add items?
A: No. Only Admins manage the Pricing Library to keep the catalog clean and auditable.
