Creating and Sending Proposals

Proposals let you quote services with recurring (RMR) and one-time line items, send them to a client with a secure link, and automatically generate the signature contract when accepted.

How to send a proposal

  1. Go to Proposals β†’ + New Proposal and pick a client.

  2. Fill in the Details (name, contract term, billing cycle, start date, auto-renew).

  3. On the Pricing tab, add line items from your Pricing Library or enter custom ones. Totals and RMR/ARR update live.

  4. Customize the Terms tab (or apply a saved Terms template) and use Preview to see what the client will see.

  5. Click Send. The client gets a branded email; you'll see live Viewed / Accepted / Declined status on the proposals list.
