Branded Signature-Request Emails
When you send a document for signature, the recipient gets an email that looks like it came from your business, not Loyva and not DocuSeal.
What the recipient sees
Your organization logo at the top.
Your brand colors in the header band.
Your organization name in the From address.
A clear call-to-action button: Review and Sign.
A plain-English summary of the document and who else is signing.
How it's sent
Loyva sends these emails through Resend, bypassing DocuSeal's default mailer. That's what lets us control the branding, the routing link, and the eSign consent flow.
Set up your branding
Open Settings β Organization Branding.
Upload your logo (PNG or JPG, ideally on a transparent background).
Pick your Primary brand color.
Save. New signature emails immediately use the updated branding.
Note: The signing link in the email routes to /sign/s/<slug>, Loyva's internal URL, so the eSign consent modal can appear before the DocuSeal widget loads.
Manual email overrides
When you send a document, you can edit the subject and body in Step 4 (Send). Your edits override the template defaults for that envelope only.
