Using the Pricing Library

The Pricing Library is your organization's catalog of reusable items: equipment, services, recurring plans, install fees, anything you quote regularly. Adding items from the library to a proposal is faster and more consistent than typing them in by hand.

Open the library

Go to Pricing Library in the sidebar. You'll see every item your organization has saved, with name, unit price, category, and whether it's one-time or recurring.

Add a new item

  1. Click + New Item.

  2. Fill in name, description, unit price, and category.

  3. Mark it as One-time or Recurring (monthly), recurring items contribute to RMR reporting.

  4. Save.

Bulk import via CSV

If you're bringing in a price book, use Import CSV and follow the template provided. Each row becomes a library item; you can re-import to update prices later.

Use library items on a proposal

  1. Open the proposal and go to the Pricing tab.

  2. Click Add from Library.

  3. Search by name or filter by category, then select the items you want.

  4. Adjust quantity, price, or discount for that specific proposal. Edits only affect this proposal, not the library.

Editing and organizing the library

  • Edit a library item to update its default price, existing proposals are not changed.

  • Use categories so sales reps can find items quickly.

  • Archive items you no longer sell instead of deleting, to keep historical proposals readable.

Note: Library edits don't retroactively change saved proposals. If you raise a price in the library, only new proposals (or items added after the change) reflect it.
