Reminders and Resending

When a signer hasn't acted yet, you can nudge them with a reminder or re-deliver the signing link. Both are one-click actions from the Signatures tab.

Send a reminder

  1. Open the envelope from the Signatures tab.

  2. Find the signer you want to remind.

  3. Click Send Reminder next to their name.

  4. Loyva re-delivers the signing email and updates the Last Reminded timestamp.

  5. Reminders are sent per signer, not per envelope. You can nudge one person without bothering everyone else.

Resend the original invitation

If a signer never received the first email (spam, typo, etc.), use Resend to deliver the original invitation again to the same address. If the address itself was wrong, edit the signer first, then resend.

Sequential envelopes

In a sequential flow, only the current signer can be reminded. Signers later in the order are still Awaiting and don't have a link to share yet. Their reminder action stays hidden until it's their turn.

What the signer sees

  • A fresh email with the same secure link.

  • A short reminder note (you can customize the template in Settings).

  • No duplicate signatures or rework. The link picks up where they left off.

Note: There's no daily auto-reminder by default. Reminders are sent when you explicitly trigger them, so signers aren't spammed.
